We’ll train you to handle a handgun safely.

All the resources, training, and support you need to learn handgun safety!  I only teach two classes, described below.  Both focus on safety in handling, using, and storing firearms and helping YOU better your knowledge and skills with firearms.

 

The Basic Handgun class teaches the differences between revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition choices, handgun handling and shooting, range procedures, and is an NRA-Certified class.  This is an all day class, beginning at 8:00 and ending around 5:00. If you are new to handguns, this class is especially important and will provide essential information and training for the new gun owner.

 

The Kansas Concealed Carry class is not an NRA class.  The requirements of the class from subjects presented as well as range qualification are strictly controlled by the Kansas Attorney General and my class follows that guidance.  This class includes a full day of mostly classroom instruction plus qualification with your handgun. If you are a new gun owner, please take the class above first to get very helpful information and to familiarize yourself with your new gun before taking the concealed carry class.
